This thing is rated for 400V and 2500W, all packed into a 300mm tube. That 400V rating is a real workhorse. The Build: Built to Last
The heart of it is a halogen element inside a quartz tube. But here’s the clever bit: it’s got a durable coating. This coating keeps the output steady, even when you’re working in a dusty, grimy environment. It also fights off surface grime that can kill your heat transfer over time. And for the connections, we went with an R7s connector. It’s a solid, industrial-grade choice. Easy to wire, stays tight even with constant vibration, and makes swapping out the lamp a breeze without having to tear the whole thing apart.
Where It Shines: On the Job
You can mount this thing right over your work surface, or tuck it in next to a process that needs a quick pre-heat.
