Introduction
We make industrial electric heaters that are all about one thing: getting heat exactly where you need it. Forget bulky, all-purpose heaters. These are built for precision—tight, localized warmth right on the spot, without taking up a ton of space.
Technical Deep-Dive: Power, Voltage, and Dimensions
Our standard tubes run on 400V and pack up to 2500W of power. That’s a lot of heat in a small package. The tubes are 300mm long, so you’re only heating the exact spot you want, not the whole machine. And because they’re high voltage, they draw less current for the same wattage. That means you can use smaller wiring and not worry about voltage dropping over longer runs.
Material & Design: Halogen, Quartz, and R7s
Inside, a halogen element sits inside a tough quartz envelope. It throws intense infrared heat, and it warms up fast. The quartz holds up to rapid temperature swings and keeps output steady, even when you’re cycling the heater on and off. The R7s base keeps things simple. It’s a proven, straightforward connection. Just line it up, seat it, and wire it. Drop-in replacement, no fuss.
Application & Benefits
You’ll see these tubes in places like PET blowing and plastic preform heating—any process that needs quick, controllable surface heat. They deliver serious heat density, which is great. But that also means your machine needs to be set up for it. Make sure your cooling and mounting are properly spec’d. If you run the heater at full power all the time, nearby parts will feel it—plan for airflow and a little thermal standoff.
