At 400V, the lamp gets to target temperature fast and holds steady, so furnace zones, bending lehrs, and lamination presses run with less variability. We size the element to match the emissivity of the glass and the geometry of the heating zone, so you get uniformity instead of hot spots. In glass processing, time and temperature are locked to quality. Tempering needs a sharp, even thermal shock. Bending needs controlled sagging. EVA/SGP lamination needs a tight cure window. The lamp cuts cycle time, lowers energy per piece, and keeps glass stress where it should be. For insulating glass sealing, it gives rapid, localized heat that helps keep edge bead integrity consistent. Fewer rejects, lower unit energy cost, and predictable maintenance intervals. Installation is straightforward—mount it, wire it to the 400V supply, and set the control curve. It fits standard fixtures and can replace existing OEM modules, but verify reflector geometry and airflow; mismatched optics will give you uneven heating.
